We have been working with Graybill (now AmpliSource) for over 5 years. As an organization, they are an extremely committed sustainability partner. For the last 5 years, they have visited our facility regularly to pick-up, haul, and process challenging food waste that others wouldn’t before them. We are in the business of making colored, sticky, gelatinous, and carbohydrate-based confections; and AmpliSource gladly processes our toughest waste streams and returns value out of something that we would be sending to a landfill or incinerating. AmpliSource is service-focused, and quick to respond to your logistical, administrative, or market-based questions in a timely manner. They continue to invest in their business and continuous improvement, and recently reviewed some of our packaged waste and the opportunity to process this without incineration.
